ITINERARY

DAY 1

Transfer from Bari Airport to Bari with Bus.
Guided visit of Bari and the Old Centre, than Panzerotto tasting in "Bari Vecchia". Transfer to the Hotel in the Itria Valley, check-in, dinner and overnight.

DAY 2

Breakfast to the hotel and transfer to Alberobello. Guided visit of the UNESCO Heritage, the town of Trulli. Than we have a Oil tasting in a Tipical Apulian Masseria, nearby Ostuni. Than, guided visit of Ostuni and return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

DAY 3

Breakfast to the hotel, transfer to Martina Franca and guided visit of the town and the old centre. Than we have a wine and tipical products tasting in a vineyard of Locorotondo and the guided visit of the city. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 

Breakfast to the hotel and transfer to Altamura and Matera. We have the guided visit of Altamura, with the famous Altamura Bread tasting. Than we have to visit the UNESCO Heritage, Matera, the Cave Town. Transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

DAY 5

Breakfast to the hotel, check-out and transfer to Polignano a Mare, the Adriatic Pearl. Guided visit with a local special coffe tasting. Than we will visit Monopoli with a walking tour of the old centre. 
Transfer to the Airport.
